ABOUT

HOME

It was a particularly rambunctious party and the Gods of the Forest lay in deep slumber, some laughing in their sleep others whispering amorous nothings to unseen lovers.  All the Gods were present at the party.  The Gods of Laughter, Morning Rain on Tin Roofs, Smiles on Hound Dogs, Sixth Birthdays...all were there except two: the Gods of Fruit, Fungus and Frivolous Fun.  The Tepesquincle and the Lightning-billed Toucan had been out steeling fruit that night and returned to find the Forest empty of Gods.  All the portals to people's dreams, which had been the highway of the Gods, were closed and grown over with heavy green.

When the Gods had eaten and drunk their fill and retired to slumber, one God walked through the Theoschlafmeisters and spilled false information into the portals leading to the minds of people who were friends of the Gods.  He filled their dreams with dread and despair.  A foul fellow this Dwayne, the God of Fear and Paradigm.  The people in their panic closed their doors to the Forest and no matter how the Gods knocked and called to them when they had recovered, the people would not answer.  They were under the spell of Dwayne.  The Kind Gods, saddened by their dismissal, left the Forest to wander about until the people welcomed them back.

When Tepi and Lalo arrived and found themselves the only Gods around, they had much to cover. Through a thousand portals to a thousand places, some in space and time, some in your backyard, they carry with them lightness of heart and open the doors back-home to the forest where all good things are possible.  They know where the abandoned Gods are and how to beckon them.

At first I thought these entities had come to me as Artistic Envoys to be chronicled into a tale, but I have come to realize their appearance was because I beckoned them. They have been my Guides for many years and I have learned much.  They visit  frequently and often invite me on their adventures.  Herein are some of their correspondences recalling some of those epic insights. No lengthy tales just adventures, a journal of pertinent events.
